Employee Profit Pool

If you work for Cribb Construction + Fitout, we firmly believe you should share in the profits. We don’t make false promises! We want our people to ownership of what they do and in turn our successes are shared.

We encourage everyone to take personal responsibility for the businesses performance. If you have worked for us for more than 12 months, you automatically become part of our innovative employee share plan. Every year, a percentage of the company’s net profit is set aside and all eligible employees get shares and a salary bonus from this pool. After a few years, top performers are also invited to purchase additional company shares at a discounted rate.

Training and Support

At Cribb Construction, we firmly believe in ongoing training across all of our employees. If you’re always learning, you’re always getting better. We offer training through industry and government bodies to provide our employees with the best possible tools to undertake their work. Some of these bodies include:

  • University
  • TAFE
  • QBSA
  • Master Builders Association
  • OH&S

Specific training undertaken by our employees includes technical and skills training such as Project Programming, Project Delivery, Contract Management, Project Forecasting and Financial Management, MS Office, Presentation Skills, Business Writing and Leadership Development.

HECS Assistance

HECS can be draining on our under-graduates financial resources, therefore if you’re with Cribb Construction + Fitout for more than 12 months and you earn under $60,000, we’ll match your HECS contributions over the statutory requirements to the value of $2,000 a year.

Super and Salary Sacrifice

We encourage our staff to plan for a financially secure career and retirement. For employees earning up to $60,000, we will match any salary sacrifice you make into superannuation to a maximum of $2,000 per year.

Parental leave

If you’ve been with Cribb Construction + Fitout for more than 12 months, you are eligible to enjoy generous paid parental leave in addition to your statutory entitlements. That applies to new mums and new dads.

Performance Management and Planning

Cribb Construction + Fitout uses a formalised performance management and planning system designed to reward and recognise you for all your hard work. This system allows us to plan and manage performance, objectives and career progression.
