<h4>Facility Description</h4>
<p>The Park Ridge &#8216;Park n Ride&#8217; facility is part of Translinks roll out of new facilities throughout South east Queensland. The transit centre was built over a five-month period between February and June 2010. The facility will be accessible from a new service road and feature 200 car parking spaces, eight motorcycle parking spaces and four disabled bays located close to the bus platform. There will also be a kiss &#8216;n&#8217; ride and taxi rank area for people being dropped off or picked up. The design also includes a secure bike enclosure that can accommodate about 20 bikes. Construction is scheduled to be completed by June 2010</p>

<p>Fit out new warehouse shell including all finishes to lower and upper mezzanine floor.</p>

<li>92mm metal stud walls, acoustic insulation and 10mm plasterboard</li>
<li>Aluminium door frames, Hume doors and brushed aluminium door hardware</li>

<li>Carpeted and tiled floors</li>
<li>Paint throughout including epoxy floors</li>
